Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff nightmare

I couldn't get through to them by phone - three separate attempts, and each time I was disconnected after lengthy waiting periods. Deciding to visit in person, I went to the surgery to book an appointment while wearing a mask. Shockingly, they refused to help me schedule an appointment for my daughter, insisting I must call, yet simultaneously allowing two unmasked individuals entry. When I explained my repeated phone difficulties, the staff member was completely indifferent. My request to speak with a supervisor was flatly denied, and her attitude was exceptionally unhelpful - she desperately needs customer service training. I suspect her dismissive behavior might have been motivated by personal bias. If this treatment continues, I'm seriously considering finding another local surgery and will definitely be filing a formal complaint. My previous medical practice never subjected me to such frustrating experiences. The entire encounter was incredibly stressful.
