Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff nightmare

I encountered numerous issues with this medical practice from the start. During my initial patient registration, they misplaced my submitted forms, causing significant delays in securing a GP consultation. After multiple frustrating phone calls, the registration was eventually resolved, but they consistently refused to set up my online access, preventing me from using essential platforms like the NHS app. Their response to my attempts to resolve this was particularly unprofessional, with staff even calling to reprimand me when I sought a solution. The GP consultations were equally disappointing. Despite having a recent specialist diagnosis from a local hospital, the GP refused to prescribe medication, instead subjecting me to an exhaustive 15-minute interrogation before admitting her lack of expertise and offering no assistance. The sole positive interaction was with an out-of-hours GP who effectively treated an infection that the Cherry Hinton Branch Surgery's GP had previously ignored—likely due to her apparent unreliability, with the receptionist having to track her down and my eventual consultation feeling rushed and perfunctory. In my opinion, this practice falls far short of acceptable medical care, and patients should seriously reconsider choosing them.
