Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff nightmare

I've been residing in this area for two years, and consistently, I've been unable to connect with the receptionist via phone to schedule an appointment. Frequently, I've simply surrendered and endured my health issues. This morning, I visited the surgery in person to arrange a blood test, and the staff claimed they couldn't locate any available time slots, directing me to book online. However, when attempting online booking, the system displays "no appointments available". Moreover, during my visit, the absence of ringing phones struck me as peculiar. When I confronted the receptionist, highlighting how effortless appointment booking was in my previous Ealing location, she responded with a frosty demeanor, stating "this is not London!" - suggesting I might need to relocate back to the city to receive proper medical service.
