Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff nightmare

The front desk staff were incredibly discourteous and dismissive, completely disregarding patient concerns. I consulted with both the physician and medical consultant via video consultation, who advised me to secure an urgent appointment through my general practitioner. However, when I contacted the GP's office, the receptionist flatly refused, claiming it wasn't a life-threatening emergency, despite me explaining that the doctors had specifically recommended booking an appointment after our hospital visit. Her refusal was particularly frustrating, especially since she had no comprehensive understanding of my medical situation. Their constant reliance on COVID-related excuses is becoming extremely tiresome and unprofessional.
