Terrible service and unhelpful medical support

I received treatment for an infection, and the medication was effective for three days before losing its potency, causing me to experience even more intense pain. When I called to explain my situation, emphasizing that I'm pregnant and in significant discomfort, I was dismissively told there was nothing wrong with me. This was particularly frustrating since I had been previously treated for the same infection just a week earlier. If their assessment was correct, it would mean the previous treatment was essentially useless and ineffectively administered. The representative I spoke with seemed incredibly unprofessional and inexperienced. When I tried to communicate the severity of my condition, highlighting the potential risks of an untreated infection during pregnancy, he responded with remarkable immaturity. His suggestion that he would terminate the call if I continued expressing my concerns was absolutely inappropriate for someone in a customer service role. His behavior demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and suggested that the organization is more concerned with their own interests than patient welfare. It's disheartening to encounter such indifference, especially when dealing with a health issue. To anyone facing similar challenges, stay resilient and advocate for yourself.
