Terrible service and unhelpful receptionist at clinic

The receptionist was incredibly uncooperative when I called. On April 30th at 11:00 AM, I tried to schedule an appointment for my grandmother, who's experiencing dizziness, but was told they had no availability. She provided zero guidance or alternative suggestions. Her only advice was to contact emergency services if my grandmother needed medical attention. I'm extremely frustrated. What's the point of paying taxes if this is the level of service we receive, only to waste hours in emergency waiting rooms? The phone representative was particularly awful. It's clear she despises her job and demonstrates zero professionalism or helpfulness. I'm completely fed up with John Smith Center. They're absolutely useless.
