Terrible service and unhelpful staff at local gp

I attempted to complete my GP registration via an online application, but after several weeks, I've received no response. When I visited the GP's office in person, the receptionist suggested I call them. However, upon calling, they were equally unhelpful and told me I needed to go to the reception. When I explained I had already been there and was previously advised to call, the staff member became extremely dismissive and rude, insisting I must go to the reception despite my previous attempts. She was completely unwilling to assist me in any way. This is undoubtedly the most inefficient GP practice I have ever encountered, with staff members who demonstrate an appalling lack of customer service and willingness to help.
