Terrible service and unhelpful staff at medical practice

I deeply regret having to report that this medical practice deserves zero stars due to the extremely unprofessional behavior of their receptionist today. She was incredibly discourteous to a patient, refusing to listen or assist him, and bluntly told him, "I'm not your bloody doctor, I don't know what the doctor told you." Another receptionist was present at the time, who could speak Hindi and was conversing with another patient in that language, yet made no effort to help this distressed individual. The patient was visibly distraught and ultimately had to go to the pharmacy, which then had to contact the surgery to obtain his medication. The reception staff urgently need to improve their customer service, demonstrating more compassion, patience, and a genuine willingness to help patients.
