Terrible service and unhelpful staff at merelane

I've been a patient at merelane for several years, and I can confidently say the service has become completely unacceptable, with 99% of the problem stemming from the reception staff's terrible attitude. When I requested a medication review online, they marked it as completed without anyone actually contacting me. I called them twice about this issue, and during the second call, they didn't even bother to verify my details and had a dismissive "who cares" approach. When I tried to understand how to file a complaint, I was simply told to obtain some paperwork. I requested someone call me to discuss the matter, but the receptionist flat-out refused. This is particularly frustrating because their own website clearly states that a staff member should reach out to address concerns before a formal complaint is processed.
