Terrible service and unhelpful staff nightmare

If you phone at 8:30, you're positioned as caller number 27. To get help, you must contact reception first thing in the morning, or else you'll be stuck waiting a month for someone to return your call. And to make matters worse, the staff member was incredibly discourteous. What kind of service is this?!?!
