Terrible service and unprofessional medical centre staff

I am utterly exasperated by the front desk personnel at John Smith Medical Centre. I was scheduled for a telephone consultation today, but no call ever materialized. During my two-hour waiting period, I contacted the reception desk three separate times to inquire about the missed appointment. Each time, the receptionist assured me that a callback was imminent. On my final attempt, she claimed I would be contacted within 20 minutes, despite being fully aware that the GP's office was closing at 6:30pm - information I, as a new patient, was not privy to. I remain without an appointment and am thoroughly dissatisfied with this entire interaction. I fully intend to escalate this matter by reaching out to the practice manager and formally lodging a complaint through the appropriate channels.
