Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

Hi I've been registered with this surgery for a few months, and the service has been mediocre at best. Last week, I had a terrible experience when requesting my sick note and prescription refill. I was told it would be sorted by last Friday or Monday and explained that I needed the documents for my upcoming trip abroad, as requested by DWP. I called yesterday and was instructed to call back today. When I did, the reception staff started giving me the runaround. It seems like neither my medication nor sick note was processed. I requested to speak with the practice manager, but instead of apologizing, they responded in a hostile manner. I was informed that the doctor had a migraine and couldn't help, which reminded me of a previous incident when I was called for an appointment, told another doctor would see me, but found the original doctor present at the surgery. I believe the core issue is that this surgery lacks permanent GPs, and the staff and practice manager seem more interested in deflecting responsibility onto patients or doctors. I was ultimately told to leave the surgery, which I found incredibly disrespectful. Thanks
