Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

I began the call with a queue message stating "5 calls ahead of you", and after nearly an hour, I was still waiting with 4 calls remaining! Upon finally connecting, I informed the receptionist about my critically low medication supply, which required a doctor's authorization for a new prescription. The staff assured me the on-call physician would contact me. When the duty doctor eventually rang, she interrogated me about using an emergency appointment, criticizing the limited availability and suggesting I should plan better. I was absolutely stunned by her unprofessional and disrespectful attitude! To endure a 90-minute wait, follow the reception's guidance to await the doctor's call, and then be spoken to in such a demeaning manner was completely unacceptable.
