Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

I was forced to give 1 star, though I'd prefer to give none, as the review system requires a star rating... I scheduled a blood test during my lunch break after considerable difficulty securing an appointment. I informed the receptionist I'd be slightly late due to coming from work, and she assured me she'd note this in the system. Upon arriving at 1:03 pm for my 1 pm appointment, the reception desk was unattended. After waiting 5 minutes and seeking assistance, I spotted someone in the back room on the phone. Another 5 minutes passed before a receptionist emerged, saying she'd notify the nurse of my arrival. Another patient waiting for a 1:25 pm appointment was also present. As time progressed past 1:25, the center remained nearly empty with treatment rooms unoccupied. Surprisingly, the nurse called in the gentleman with the later appointment. When I asked the receptionist about my wait time, given I needed to return to work by 1:30, Katie informed me that because I was 3 minutes late, I'd lost my slot and the 1:25 pm patient would be seen instead. This is completely unacceptable. It's already challenging to book an appointment, and now, after informing them of a slight delay, they reassign my time slot to another patient? The behavior is utterly ridiculous. I requested to speak with the practice manager, but the discourteous receptionist claimed they weren't on-site, dismissively offering a patient complaint form. She also mentioned they no longer book hospital blood tests, directing patients to the hospital instead. Ultimately, I had to leave without receiving my blood test, having wasted my entire lunch break.
