Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff everywhere

Not quite sure where to start... One receptionist is downright discourteous. Once, I completed a form about an upcoming appointment, then had to call back for clarification as no one responded. When I did, she rudely claimed she'd emailed me and it was my mistake for missing it. Upon her checking, she realized she hadn't sent the email and begrudgingly rescheduled my appointment. This was the older receptionist around 3 weeks ago. My midwife throughout my pregnancy did the absolute minimum. No advice or support whatsoever, I felt like a mere administrative task, questioning the purpose of having a midwife at all, which is truly disappointing. During one conversation about my mental health and its impact on my work, her only response was a dismissive "aw". No mental health guidance was provided. When I went to have my baby vaccinated, I requested to reschedule by a few days as my baby was unwell. The vaccine administrator passive-aggressively called the GP, claiming "she is refusing vaccines, isn't it important?" to which the GP affirmed. I simply wanted to reschedule, not cancel. She then proceeded to lecture me about infant mortality from missed vaccines, despite my intention to proceed, just at a later date. This came after the practice initially failed to provide correct appointment information. Where was this same energy when their staff mishandled my initial communication? Today, after calling last week to secure an appointment, a receptionist said I could book over the phone. Without internet access, she offered to complete the booking. I mentioned suspecting tonsillitis from previous experiences and likely needing antibiotics. Four hours later, I received a text directing me to a pharmacy. Seven days of continued pain later, I finally got an appointment. Upon entering, I apparently didn't hear her initial invitation, prompting her sharp "can you NOT hear?!" I explained my hearing might be affected by the tonsil infection. The GP rushed through questions, barely allowing me to respond, insisting it was probably COVID, yet prescribed antibiotics due to throat spots - all without examining my ears or tonsils.
