Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff nightmare

I attempted to schedule my son's appointment three separate times, but each occasion resulted in them claiming they had 'accidentally' failed to book it. Every single time, I was forced to return home with my infant. Moreover, their phone response is excruciatingly slow - so much so that I personally visited their office and discovered staff casually chatting instead of answering incoming calls. I sincerely hope their reception team undergoes significant changes. Their staff also appear woefully unprepared in customer service skills, displaying unprofessional behavior like abrupt call terminations and communicating with apparent emotional instability.
