Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff nightmare

The front desk personnel desperately need a crash course in customer service etiquette. It's astounding how nearly all of them come across as discourteous and perpetually unhappy. Someone needs to help them lighten up and improve their attitude. The medical staff isn't much better - the physicians seem aloof and disengaged. I was particularly shocked when a junior doctor prescribed medication and then called me hours later, warning me not to take the prescription if I hadn't already, because it could potentially cause a miscarriage. The incompetence is mind-blowing!!!! Fortunately, I had not yet collected the medication from the pharmacy.
