Terrible service and unprofessional reception staff

The receptionists displayed an extremely discourteous demeanor! Despite my respect for Mr. Hogue, the fact that the GP contacted me to schedule a face-to-face checkup for my 6-year-old, which is standard procedure after they neglected to inform me for 6 weeks that the test was not conducted, does not mitigate the receptionist's poor attitude. However, comprehensive staff training would certainly help address this issue. I must acknowledge that the unnamed individual who called me was remarkably professional, calm, and demonstrated a clear understanding of the problem and its resolution.
