Terrible service and unprofessional staff at clinic

This practice is absolutely the most frustrating healthcare experience I've encountered, and I've previously worked within healthcare administration. Their scheduling is a complete disaster, with patients routinely waiting up to 90 minutes beyond their designated appointment time. Sitting in a waiting room with an infant for such extended periods is completely unacceptable. I constantly find myself having to follow up and chase information. During one consultation, I was bizarrely interrupted by reception staff conducting a fire alarm test, which was entirely inappropriate. The reception team has repeatedly offered unsolicited and dismissive opinions, rather than professional assistance. While I understand the need to manage patient flow, their approach is unacceptable, especially considering how infrequently I require their services. The unprofessional conduct and poor time management have convinced me to seek medical care elsewhere, and I am actively searching for a new practice.
