Terrible service and unprofessional staff at clinic

Absolute worst general practitioner... I've been struggling to secure an appointment, and when I finally arrived, I was informed that no booking existed under my name. The receptionist, Sharon, desperately needs training in basic customer service and professional communication. Her attitude is completely unacceptable, and I'm left utterly stunned by this experience.
