Terrible service and unreliable medical support

Absolutely terrible service across the board, with the most frustrating part being the telephone booking process. Attempting to schedule an appointment is incredibly challenging, and even after enduring long wait times, the receptionist consistently claims the day is fully booked. This has happened multiple times, leaving patients either waiting endlessly or simply giving up. Moreover, when it comes to medication prescriptions, they repeatedly charge the full price for reduced quantities, which is unacceptable. These reduced prescriptions are not free, yet patients are expected to pay the same amount. This general practice urgently needs to reassess its entire operational approach, or patients will continue to experience more hardship than actual medical support.
