Terrible service and unresponsive staff at surgery

I've repeatedly attempted to reach out to this medical practice without success, with emails left unanswered. Why, in this modern era, are staff taking an entire hour for lunch and completely shutting down the surgery daily? It's an absolutely inefficient use of resources. After reviewing other feedback, it seems over 95% of patients are extremely frustrated. When will the management and physicians of this practice start genuinely prioritizing patient care and actually listen to patient concerns? It's high time this surgery underwent a thorough investigation, with patients directly consulted about their experiences and perspectives. You cannot continuously blame patients; sometimes management must critically examine their own performance and acknowledge that their service is fundamentally inadequate.
