Terrible service and waste of my precious time

Terrible experience... I rang early at 8:30am and was initially optimistic about being third in line, but it still took an exhausting 28 minutes to connect. When I finally reached a receptionist to schedule an appointment, they claimed they couldn't hear me and abruptly ended the call. Undeterred, I tried again, only to find myself 19th in the queue. After waiting an entire hour, I was greeted with a message stating all appointments were booked for the day. This is the service we receive despite paying National Insurance? Absolutely ridiculous.
