Terrible service and zero communication nightmare

Submitted an online appointment request, waited 4 days with no response. Called their office and was on hold for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. Frustrated by their lack of communication, I decided to switch my medical care elsewhere. Their 2.5-star rating is well-deserved - absolutely terrible service that I cannot recommend to anyone.
