Terrible service and zero compassion for patients

Scheduling an essential medical appointment for my mother has been an absolute nightmare, even after meticulously following their specified 8am call instructions. My call was abruptly disconnected mid-conversation, forcing me back into an endless queue, only to be informed yet again that no appointments were available. The staff are providing inconsistent and contradictory details regarding her medical care and even the complaint procedure, with timelines shifting from 10 to 28 days without explanation. The most egregious issue was the interaction with a staff member named Shabana, whose approach was shockingly unprofessional, displaying a complete lack of compassion and understanding. Despite previous complaints and multiple attempts to resolve these issues, absolutely no improvements have been made. The level of care and communication is utterly unacceptable. THIS PRACTICE URGENTLY REQUIRES A CQC INVESTIGATION AND MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
