Terrible service and zero compassion from gatekeepers

It's typical of modern medical practices - absolutely dreadful. The fundamental issue with these clinics is their layout, which allows everyone to overhear your most private medical discussions. This desperately needs addressing. As for the care quality, it's laughable - if you're not assertive, you'll simply be shuffled around and ignored. Seriously frustrating. Getting past the initial administrative barriers is challenging enough, let alone securing a meaningful medical consultation. Update 16/7/23 I arrived at the clinic already feeling unwell due to my chronic health condition, and was immediately confronted by an unsympathetic, hard-nosed receptionist who criticized me for being late. I had been waiting behind another patient who was equally irritated by her attitude, and he ultimately left in frustration. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00, and I entered at 10:11. Despite seeing my arrival time, she displayed zero compassion. What she didn't realize was that I'm capable of advocating for myself. When she claimed I couldn't be seen, I firmly made her understand that I would be seeing the doctor. The physician did ultimately examine me, but my point remains: this medical practice urgently needs significant improvement 🤦‍♀️
