Terrible service and zero customer care

The staff at the front desk are completely disinterested, barely acknowledging patients when they arrive. Scheduling an appointment is an absolute farce. These receptionists desperately require training in basic customer interaction. Even if you're experiencing a critical health issue, they'll still insist you wait three weeks for an appointment or force you to call at 8am just to become the 47th person in line. Everyone remembers when Dr O'Carroll ran this place - back then, these kinds of frustrating experiences never happened.
