Terrible service and zero customer compassion

Absolutely worthless service. I arrived just 2 minutes behind schedule because of traffic congestion. The receptionist spent 14 minutes (I precisely tracked this on my phone upon entering) helping a gentleman, only to then inform me I need to reschedule because I exceeded the 10-minute late window! They showed zero compassion, despite my being in considerable discomfort and having already endured a lengthy wait for this appointment. The other staff members in the reception area were equally unhelpful, simply instructing me to attempt booking another slot that's more than a week away.
