Terrible service and zero customer support

Attempting to schedule an appointment has been a nightmare. After enduring a grueling 80-minute hold, I requested a callback, but received absolutely nothing. The customer service is completely unacceptable. Their online assessment system is useless, repeatedly directing me to contact a representative, yet making that impossible. I'm trapped in an endless, frustrating loop of bureaucratic incompetence.
