Terrible service and zero patient compassion

1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience I'm thoroughly let down by the service at this medical practice. The front desk staff are consistently discourteous and unprofessional, transforming the waiting area into a confrontational environment. They seem more interested in picking fights than offering supportive assistance. I find their approach incredibly aggravating and unnecessarily aggressive. Dr. Henry's interpersonal skills are equally poor. Patients are inherently vulnerable when seeking medical help, yet their approach only intensifies patient anxiety and distress. What purpose do online consultations serve if doctors never follow through with communication? It's completely unacceptable that patients are denied the basic respect and compassionate care they should expect. Unless this practice dramatically improves staff attitudes and training, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. My recommendation to senior leadership is mandatory comprehensive training for all staff, particularly those at reception.
