Terrible service at medical clinic nightmare

Complete chaos from start to finish. Arrived punctually for my 11am consultation, yet by 12:15 I was still alone in the waiting area. I approached the reception desk no less than three times seeking information, only to be repeatedly assured I was "next in line". By 12:30, the entire reception staff disappeared for lunch, leaving me stranded. Frustrated, I eventually took matters into my own hands and knocked on a doctor's door. The GP claimed he was unaware of my presence due to technical system issues and finally saw me. I could have potentially been overlooked indefinitely.
