Terrible service causing endless suffering for child

Steer clear of this service. After nearly three years of struggling with this medical issue, our son remains unchanged. To illustrate the typical experience: I phoned at 2 PM and was placed on the triage waitlist, positioned 7th in line. I've endured nearly two hours waiting for a callback regarding anti-nausea medication for my toddler with a chronic condition, only to discover we've barely moved to 5th place. The receptionist's unhelpful response: "Go to the emergency room if you don't want to wait for a callback." Absolutely ridiculous. My son suffers daily, and we're powerless to help him without a GP's assistance. Apparently, it's now considered more appropriate to rush a 2-year-old to the emergency department for medication instead of simply receiving a timely phone consultation. Simply wonderful.
