Terrible service causing serious health and communication problems

Their incompetence demands accountability, and I'm seriously considering filing a comprehensive formal complaint against this utterly ridiculous excuse for a service. Clearly, systematic shortcomings are generating increased phone line congestion and, more critically, leaving critical health concerns like mine completely unaddressed. Moreover, they consistently deflect blame onto patients instead of accepting responsibility for their failures, with Dr. Susan Martin being a prime example - a supposedly leading GP who should be thoroughly embarrassed by her unprofessional patient interactions. This reinforces my conviction that deep-rooted systemic issues persist, likely a lingering remnant from the previous dysfunctional medical practice (which was an absolute disaster, hence the facility renovation). While they're attempting to distance themselves from that troubled past, their efforts are woefully inadequate and fall far short of meaningful improvement.
