Terrible service causing serious health risks and stress

Mansion house surgery has blocked my ability to use triage on the NHS app, preventing me from communicating about my health concerns. This means when I have health issues next time, I won't be able to send messages about new or ongoing problems. I've had to take all my carbamazepine from the trays, reducing my dose by 200mg. On 22nd April 25, Mansion house surgery is completely unreasonable. I emailed my UCLH hospital consultant's secretary this morning, and my carer visited twice by 12:30pm. The pharmacy still hasn't received my lacasamine prescription, leaving me without medication for tonight and tomorrow. This could potentially cause triple seizures due to the 200mg dose being missed. The pharmacy instructed my carer to do a triage for an URGENT PRESCRIPTION. This happened a week or two ago. The surgery sent a text about seeing a doctor for slightly high blood pressure, but the patient access app hasn't worked for me in ages. I completed a form yesterday, but Mansion house hasn't registered me, so I won't be able to make appointments about my blood pressure. They haven't forwarded the email from my UCLH consultant about lacasamine, causing unnecessary stress when I only have limited tablets from my hospital pharmacy appointment. Mansion house could potentially trigger clusters of seizures. They're also not interested in seeing me about my arthritis. I experience constant pain in my hands and other areas, frequently dropping my tea cup. This surgery doesn't care about me; it seems they want me to die. A week ago, when my carers recorded 7 days of blood pressure readings, they were only focused on others - specifically a foreign lady and her baby seeing Dr. Ballinger and two other doctors and a nurse, after she spoke to reception about some running late.
