Terrible service causing serious healthcare access problems

Over the past month and a half, I've repeatedly experienced excessively long phone queues, often stuck at positions like 52 or 43, waiting for more than 60 minutes. Whenever I finally approach the front of the line, at positions 1 or 2, the call abruptly disconnects. This has prevented me from scheduling critical medical appointments for my children. In my assessment, this appears to be intentional mismanagement by this general practice. The entire operation has devolved into a complete farce. During the COVID pandemic and lockdown periods, their service was satisfactory, and even immediately after lockdown they maintained acceptable standards. However, the past two months have been utterly unacceptable.
