Terrible service destroying patient health and hope

If I could assign zero stars, I absolutely would. Before the takeover, the practice was decent, but things have rapidly deteriorated. I spent three consecutive days battling to secure an appointment, and when I finally got one, the doctor suggested I go to urgent care instead. What's the purpose of having a general practitioner?! When my symptoms worsened, I called again, knowing it wasn't serious enough for A&E, and only received a callback after I reminded them of their obligation to contact me. Every single time I've sought help from these supposed professionals, I've been completely mishandled. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the CQC and strongly recommend others do the same - it's the only way to make anyone acknowledge that this isn't a healthcare service, but a frustrating business that negatively impacts patients' health and wellbeing. I await Victoria Road Surgery's explanation.
