Terrible service destroying patient health and hope

I've been attempting to connect with someone since 10 AM, and now it's nearly 1 PM, yet I'm still unable to speak with anyone. They repeatedly disconnect the call each time I try to communicate. My health condition is deteriorating, and I'm unable to secure a medical consultation. Their service is completely unacceptable and falls far below professional expectations, potentially compromising patient well-being. I intend to file a formal complaint with the NHS Complaints Advocacy and Healthwatch organizations to address these serious service failures.
