Terrible service destroying patient's hope for care

Four days into my attempts, I'm still unable to secure an appointment. The phone line consistently disconnects, offering an automated apology for failing to connect my call. Their sluggish communication means it's taken over a month to receive basic medical information from my current general practitioner. I'm absolutely resolved to switch healthcare providers as soon as possible. This experience is utterly unacceptable. I'm completely bewildered about how to file a complaint with the NHS, but their inefficiency seems dangerously close to putting patients' health at serious risk.
