Terrible service except for helpful erica

I've been waiting to get registered since October 2nd, and despite calling two weeks ago when a representative assured me it would be resolved, I'm still not registered. When I called back today, the staff member actually hung up on me - absolutely unacceptable service! I'd strongly recommend finding an alternative provider. However, I want to highlight Erica, who was phenomenal! She was genuinely helpful, provided accurate information, and truly went above and beyond. The company needs more employees like her - she absolutely deserves 5 stars for her outstanding customer service!
