Terrible service except for one caring receptionist

1.3 seems generous. An even lower rating would be justified. The current front desk staff are completely ineffective, with Celia being the sole exception who provides any real assistance. Attempting to schedule an appointment via phone is an exercise in frustration, consistently resulting in endless hold times and abrupt disconnections. The way patients with mental health concerns are handled while trying to manage their medication is utterly unacceptable.
