Terrible service except for one saving grace

The front desk personnel are utterly deplorable. Caroline, responsible for patient phone interactions, speaks to individuals as if they are worthless. Attempting to inquire about a straightforward prescription request immediately triggers a barrage of condescension, disdain, and dismissal. Her approach is passive-aggressively patronizing, and she demonstrates zero interest in addressing patient concerns. It's embarrassingly unprofessional. The physicians are acceptable if you consult a regular practice doctor, rather than a locum who will casually deflect any medical issues with the dismissive statement, "I'm just a temporary doctor, you'll need to discuss this with your primary physician". However, Mandy at the reception desk is genuinely exceptional. One can only hope to be fortunate enough to interact with her during a call.
