Terrible service for elderly with complex health needs

Called today at 10:40 and was left waiting until 12:35 - absolutely ridiculous. They refuse to conduct a home visit for my 77-year-old mother, despite her having mixed dementia and a catheter. She's not well enough to travel to the clinic, but since she's not technically housebound, they won't come to her. I already took her to the surgery on Friday and I'm completely frustrated. The receptionist showed zero concern about my extensive wait time and just kept repeating that I need to bring her in. It feels like once patients reach 70, healthcare providers completely stop caring about their needs. This whole situation is completely unacceptable.
