Terrible service for immunology patient in need

I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of support from the medical practice. When I attempted to seek assistance with scheduling a doctor's appointment due to difficulties with the online form, the receptionist abruptly ended the call after I tried to file a complaint. This is particularly concerning because I'm experiencing a serious medical issue with swollen lips and facial pain, and as an immunology patient on a specific treatment plan, I've been instructed to contact the surgery for emergency medical attention. My anxiety makes it challenging for me to go to the hospital, which further complicates my situation, and the staff's unhelpful attitude has only added to my distress.
