Terrible service for urgent ear pain nightmare

I'm suffering from an excruciating ear infection and desperately seeking medical help. When I reached out for an appointment, their response was to tell me to repeatedly call back at 8 am daily, hoping to secure an emergency slot. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I'm shocked by their lack of compassion and inefficient system.
