Terrible service from an incompetent medical practice

Without a doubt, this is the most inadequate medical practice I've ever encountered. My husband, infant, and I had scheduled initial patient consultations. We rearranged our entire schedules and sacrificed other commitments specifically to ensure we could attend. Our intention was to potentially establish ongoing care if the initial visit went smoothly. Then, just hours before our appointment, I received a cancellation notification. I immediately contacted the surgery to secure an alternative slot — yet they claimed no availability matched my free days until 9th July. Seriously?? I'm utterly baffled by the purpose of a general practice that cannot provide fundamental appointment services or demonstrate any consideration for patients' circumstances. The entire interaction was negligent, indifferent, and genuinely distressing. Completely let down by the unprofessional approach of St Mary's Surgery.
