Terrible service from my unresponsive local gp

Getting medical assistance here is incredibly frustrating. Scheduling a simple telephone consultation for a routine sick note renewal was a nightmare - I had to wait 8 days past my previous note's expiration, and despite being promised a call, nothing happened. The service is absolutely terrible. I'm relocating soon, and I'm eagerly looking forward to switching to a different general practitioner practice.
