Terrible service from once-trusted medical practice

I've been a patient at Highfield for over three decades, but in the past couple of years, the practice has seriously deteriorated. The front desk staff now behave as if they're medical professionals, routinely distributing incorrect test results and misleading patient information. They might as well set up an automated message after 9am telling everyone to head to the emergency room or walk-in clinic instead of providing proper medical support.
