Terrible service from receptionists ruins medical practice

Without a doubt, this medical practice ranks as the most subpar in Birmingham - the physicians and nursing staff are competent, but similar to numerous other patients, my spouse and I endured persistent verbal harassment from discourteous front desk personnel across multiple encounters, ultimately compelling us to abandon this clinic even during critical health circumstances. Their appointment scheduling process is utterly ridiculous - patients are compelled to telephone precisely at 08:15 (with the system rejecting calls even a minute early), and miraculously, at that exact moment, call attempts are systematically blocked due to supposed appointment unavailability. The sheer absurdity of such a system defies comprehension.
