Terrible service from rude and unhelpful receptionist

I'd rate this a 1 out of 5, and that might even be too generous. The nursing staff and Dr. Stevens are wonderful, and I've always found communicating with them easy. Typically, discussing appointment needs with reception hasn't been problematic. However, today's experience was absolutely infuriating. I called just before noon about an urgent matter, and the initial receptionist was kind and suggested calling back at 2 PM to secure an afternoon slot, potentially arranging any necessary referrals. When I called at 2 o'clock and was second in the queue, the receptionist who answered was shockingly unprofessional. I detailed my situation, and she coldly responded, "I have no availability today. Did you send pictures? Can't you just call Monday?" I explained I couldn't photograph my own back and was never asked to do so, and that I was previously instructed to request an afternoon appointment. Her lack of empathy, compassion, and basic customer service skills was appalling. Now I'm left waiting for a GP callback, which I'm not optimistic about happening promptly.
