Terrible service from rude and unprofessional reception staff

Extremely poor front desk service - particularly the overweight Muslim woman wearing a headscarf Completely lacks fundamental customer service skills and demonstrates disrespect towards patients. Engaged in idle chatter while patients are left waiting. Provided incorrect information while distracted by personal conversations about work schedules. When asked to identify herself, she deliberately withheld her name. She should be aware that NHS guidelines guarantee patients the right to know the identity of staff members serving them. Absolutely the most substandard customer service and reception experience imaginable. Strongly recommend comprehensive staff training and a thorough review of NHS service protocols.
